There are numerous national and state and local resources available to you and your family that are related to a wide variety of veteran topics. You can learn more about issues such as your benefits, your health, mental health topics, transitioning concerns, job or employment issues and/or family matters. Some of the resources listed here are specific to National Guard/Reservists, some are more general to the military; and some are designed more for family members and even some for the children.
These resources come in many formats - such as toll free call-in numbers, websites, guides, books, and on-line newsletters. They can be operated by non-profit organizations, government sponsored, military provided, or veteran supported and some are produced and run by veteran families like you. All have something to offer and some will have the exact information that you are seeking.
Each of the sites /numbers below will have important information. You will like some of the resources better than others. All will have links or referrals to other resources and services in an attempt to get you to the best information.
