Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play an increasingly large role in the health of communities worldwide. Aid, relief, and development agencies look for skilled workers who offer cultural understanding, adaptability, commitment, language skills and international experience. Positions available at NGOs include fundraising, engineering and other technically skilled jobs, as well as opportunities in health care, communications, economic development and management.
