Issue: Username not found in the registry. Please contact your system administrator
Symptomn: Unable to log into Web Advisor
Solution:
1. Username is case-sensitive. We create usernames with all lower-case letters. Verify that the user is using all lower-case when typing the user name.
2. Ask the user questions to make sure they are using the exact same username and password that they use to access the network or to access W & J webmail.
3. If this is a new student or a new employee it is possible that Admin Computing never got notified to set up a WebAdvisor account for them. Make a Helpdesk ticket and send it to Admin Computing. Admin Computing will notify the user via their W & J e-mail account when it is ready for them to use.
