Settings for Student JayMail account for mobile devices
W&J only supports web access to email. The below guides for accessing your W&J student JayMail are provided for your reference, but W&J cannot guarantee these will work and is unable to provide support for accessing your JayMail via any method besides web access.
In some of the documentation below, Google makes reference to entering settings with "username@gmail.com". You will need to use username@jay.washjeff.edu instead of username@gmail.com when setting up your mail for another application/device.

Your privacy and security are paramount to W&J. As a part of our strategic initiative to improve our services to our students and under the recommendation of an external consultant, ITS has spent well over a year researching externally hosted email solutions including the solution we have adopted using Google as our hosting provider. This research and discussion with W&J's Senior Staff and other institutions included evaluating the security and privacy of any solution we considered. We are comfortable that W&J's new JayMail solution maintains your security and privacy. For more information, please see Google's Security and Privacy FAQ for Google Apps Administrators.
