  • Schedule an appointment with the Office of Career Services to take a tour and learn how the Office can help you.
  • Explore your interests and skills through your course work.
  • Participate in student and/or volunteer activities to learn more about your interests and abilities.
  • Come to Career Services to explore how your interests, skills, and values correspond with various jobs and career fields by utilizing one of the assessment tools offered.
  • Go to the Occupational Outlook Handbook website to learn about hundreds of occupations.
  • Talk to your advisor and/or Career Services about possible majors and careers.
  • Attend career workshops, programs, info sessions, and start building your career network. Learn about summer employment opportunities and meet with Career Services to develop a plan.
  • Attend a Resume Writing (PDF) Workshop and prepare your resume and have it reviewed by Career Services.
  • Thinking about medical or law school? Set up a meeting with Dr. Mark Harris regarding medical school or Dr. Joseph DiSarro regarding law school.
  • Apply for and complete a Magellan.
