When you attempt to login to Colleague UI, you receive the following error message.
This error is caused by having a backslash (\) in your password. To correct this error you will need to change your password so that it does not have a backslash (\) character in it. For example, if your password is Password\123 you could change it to Password$123. Some examples of special characters that you may use in your password are as follows: dollar sign ($) or exclamation point (!).
