These instructions are for opening a person's calendar that has been shared with you. If you have not been given access to that individual's calendar you will first need to contact that individual and ask them to give you permission to view their calendar.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In Calendar, on the Home tab, in the Manage Calendars group, click Open Calendar, and then click Open Shared Calendar.
  2. Click Name to select a name from the Address Book.
  3. Make sure that More columns is selected and then type the username of the person whose calendar you wish to access. Click Go to search.
  4. When you see the person whose calendar you wish to access, click their name and then click OK.
