After entering the username and password the computer rejects the log-on.


  1. Make sure the Caps Lock key is not on.
  2. Make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged securely into the network port on the computer and in the wall jack.
  3. Try restarting the computer.
  4. If a warning message states that the computer is not part of a domain, contact the Help desk at 724-223-6022.
